Dr. Craig Simons begins seeing patients at CCMH Medical Clinic - Main Campus

(Denison, IA) – Beginning in July, Dr. Craig G. Simons, D.O., will begin seeing patients at Crawford County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) Medical Clinic – Main Campus in Denison. Appointments with Dr. Simons will be accepted beginning on July 2. He will be seeing patients for family care medicine.

Dr. Craig SimonsA native of the Kansas City area, Dr. Simons received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Missouri Western State College, St. Joseph, MO. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kansas City, before completing the Internal Medicine Residency Program at University of Missouri‐Kansas City School of Medicine. Dr. Simons is licensed to practice medicine in Arizona, Iowa, and Missouri.

 The CCMH Medical Clinic – Main Campus is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday. Those wishing to make appointments can call 265‐2700 or go online at ccmhia.com and request an appointment by clicking on the “Primary Care Clinics” link on the homepage. The mission of Crawford County Memorial Hospital is to provide efficient and effective health care services to all persons within Crawford County and the surrounding area. These services are available to persons who suffer from acute or chronic diseases, traumatic injuries, or who are in need of education and/or training in order to maintain a positive lifestyle.
