Continuing Education

This program has been approved for contact hours through the Iowa Board of Nursing Provider #157. EMS contact hours have been applied for from Mercy College of Health Sciences. A total of 8.0 contact hours are available for this conference; attendees will be awarded contact hours for each one-hour presentation attended.


Break Out Sessions Available:


Zombie Escape Room (effective management of a multi-system trauma patient) by Andrea Syrtad, Flight Paramedic FP-C from LifeNet 1-1 (60 minutes), one (1) contact hour available for nursing and EMS with the completion of the session. Click here to register for this session.

EMS Conference Registration Form

Attending the conference and filling out all of the evaluation forms will allow up to 8 continuing education hours for EMS personnel and up to 8 contact hours for nursing. Certificates will be presented within one week following the conference.
