Family Practice

From newborn to geriatric care, to minor office procedures, CCMH Medical Clinic provides a full scope of family medicine services for patients of all ages. With three board-certified physicians and eight advanced medical practitioners, the CCMH staff is proud to serve the residents of Crawford County. CCMH Medical Clinic is a certified Medicare and Medicaid provider-based rural health clinic (RHC). CCMH Medical Clinic provides 24-hour coverage for community-based services for pediatrics and general surgery. These services are staffed by Elizabeth Ranniger, MD, a Board–certified pediatrician; and by two Board-certified general surgeons, David Wright, DO, and Rick Malyszek, MD.

Where to Enter During Construction:

• The West Entrance: This entrance is exclusively for Family Medicine and Pediatric appointments.
• The North Main Hospital Entrance: Patients should continue to use the main entrance for all other services, including General Surgery, Specialty Clinics, Physical Therapy, Cardiopulmonary Services, Labs, Radiology, and Same-Day Surgery.
