Respite Care

Crawford County Memorial Hospital has a Respite Care Program intended to relieve family members or other caregivers from caring for a loved one in the home. Respite Care provides nursing and other personal care at the hospital on a short term basis – admission lasting 30 days or less. Examples of services provided under the Respite Care program include room, meals, assistance and/or supervision of ADL’s, and administration of medicine.

Respite Care at CCMH is a private pay program. A physician’s referral is not necessary. For more information, call 712.265.2500.
