At Crawford County Memorial Hospital, recognizing and appreciating one another is part of our culture. Through the PRIDE in Action program, employees are encouraged to “catch each other doing good” by submitting shoutouts in the weekly employee newsletter. These submissions highlight moments when coworkers go above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional care, service, and teamwork.
Each month, a committee of frontline staff reviews the PRIDE in Action submissions and selects the 5-STAR Recipients — individuals who truly embody the values of CCMH and make an extraordinary impact in their roles.
May 5-STAR Recipients
- Debbie Ahart-Muhlbauer
- Dr. Kyle Brown
- Dorothy Stehr
June 5-STAR Recipients
