Gaul Earns Certified Diabetes Care Specialist Certification

DENISON, IA — Crawford County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) is proud to announce that Sara Gaul, RN, MSN, Population Health Manager, has achieved her Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification. This prestigious certification recognizes Gaul’s specialized knowledge and expertise in supporting individuals with diabetes and prediabetes.

In her role as Population Health Manager at CCMH, Gaul describes her main responsibilities.
“What makes me excited about my position as Population Health Manager and a diabetes specialist is assisting patients in setting meaningful and achievable health and wellness goals. This includes offering support through in-person visits and follow-up communication. The best part is being able to equip patients with the knowledge and tools they need to become confident in managing their own conditions.”
