This prestigious certification recognizes Gaul’s specialized knowledge and expertise in supporting individuals with diabetes and prediabetes.
In her role as Population Health Manager at CCMH, Gaul describes her main responsibilities.

This includes offering support through in-person visits and follow-up communication.
