Back-to-School and Sports Physicals

With the first day of school less than 30 days away, now is the time for back-to-school and sports physicals. Michael Delong, Immunization Specialist, talks about Well Child Visits, immunization updates for students, and the cash cost for sports physicals. Parents wishing to schedule a back-to-school or sports physical for their child are encouraged to call 712-265-2700 and make an appointment in the CCMH Medical Clinic.
