The holiday season usually involves more family and friends, and more opportunities for food with added salt and sugar. Amelia Pickhinke, intern at CCMH and soon to be a Registered Dietitian, discusses holiday heart syndrome, healthy food swaps, and building good eating habits that endure during the holidays and into the new year. She also talks about the one thing we can do to make the holiday season a healthier time.
