Dana Neemann

BSN, RN

Dana Neemann, BSN, RN, serves as the Director of Education and Patient Experience at Crawford County Memorial Hospital (CCMH). With more than 20 years of nursing experience, she brings a diverse clinical and leadership background spanning emergency and trauma care, medical-surgical nursing, rehabilitation, home health, long-term care, hospice, nursing education, and healthcare leadership.

At CCMH, Dana leads organizational education, professional development, clinical competency programs, patient experience initiatives, and healthcare workforce development. She has helped develop and expand programs including Scrubs Camp, CCMH’s Paid Internship Program, clinical and observational student experiences, community healthcare career education, and the Patient and Family Advisory Council. She also works closely with staff, providers, patients, families, and community partners to strengthen patient experience and identify opportunities for meaningful improvement.

Dana serves as faculty through the UNMC Center for Continuing Education and as an American Heart Association instructor and faculty member. She is also a TNCC Course Director and coordinates CCMH’s Annual EMS and Nursing Conference.

Dana earned her BSN from Western Governors University and is currently completing her MSN. She is passionate about education, patient-centered care, rural healthcare, and creating opportunities for the next generation of healthcare professionals to learn, grow, and build their careers close to home.
