Edward Cutler is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and is nationally certified to provide all aspects of anesthesia care at CCMH. Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University, his Master of Science in Nursing – Nurse Anesthesia degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and his Doctor of Nursing Practice in Anesthesia at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
Ed’s Care Approach:
“I think the most important factor in a doctor / patient relationship is trust coupled with confidence. I try to be attentive and empathetic, and I like use humor as a way to break down barriers. I sing to a lot of my patients to help reduce uneasiness and increase their comfort, joy and well-being.”

Ed is a proud veteran and served in the United States Air Force for 21 years. When asked what he was most proud of in his career, Ed responded, “By far, my opportunity to serve in the USAF and provide care for our servicemen and woman and their families. It was an honor.”
Outside of work, Ed loves to swim, golf, and hike. Ed and his wife, Karin, have 4 sons and 11 grandchildren.
