Having grown up in Dunlap and raised in the Crawford County area with deep roots in the farming community, Graeve is deeply committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to our community. “I enjoy the opportunity to help others no matter the need and develop a collaborative relationship with our patients. I’ve been honored to be a part of the lives of so many in our area, working with a great team of providers here at CCMH. My goal is to help promote health and wellness for those we have the privilege to serve.” Julie has been an advanced practice provider at CCMH since 2001. She and her husband have raised two sons on their farm, and she enjoys spending time with her family, being outside (especially on a lake!), volunteering in the community, and traveling with friends.
