Laxmi Kumari

MD

Dr. Laxmi Kumari is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Nassau University Medical Center in New York and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Before joining Crawford County Memorial Hospital, Dr. Kumari practiced at Oak Street Health in Queens, New York, where she gained extensive experience caring for a diverse patient population. She is passionate about building strong patient relationships and delivering personalized healthcare.

Dr. Kumari joined the CCMH Medical Team in February 2025.
