A native of Sioux City, IA, Rebecca Luebbert joined Siouxland Urology in 2021. She received undergraduate degrees from St. Luke’s College as well as Briar Cliff University, and she then went on to receive her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies from the University of South Dakota.
