Samantha “Sam” Pauley, ARNP, is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine at CCMH. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Family Practice and licensed by the Iowa Board of Nursing.
Sam earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Morningside University in Sioux City, Iowa. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and medical-surgical care. Her professional interests include women’s health, family planning, health promotion, and well visits across the lifespan.
Born and raised in Crawford County, Sam is deeply rooted in the community and passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care close to home. “I enjoy working in the community I grew up in,” she shares. “Each patient I see feels like family. I feel privileged to work and learn alongside the great group of providers at CCMH.”
A resident of Denison, Sam lives with her husband and son. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and watching sports—especially cheering on the Denison Monarchs and the Kansas City Chiefs.
