Our new Patient Portal allows you to view your test results and health records, update your personal information, and communicate securely with your healthcare providers, all from the comfort of your home.
Depending on the time frame of your health records, please select the appropriate portal below:

Access the New Portal
For health records and information from June 24, 2024 onwards, please click the link below to access our new and improved Patient Portal. This portal is available through web browser, Apple devices, and Android devices.

Register for an Account
If you don’t have an account yet, there are several easy ways to register:
- In-Person: Request access with one of our Patient Access representatives at your next appointment.

Follow the Instructions
You will receive email instructions within 48 hours to complete your setup.
