Coping With Loss During the Holidays

The feelings of loss, especially of loved ones, are magnified during the holiday season. Coping with those feelings can lead to a happier Christmas and New Years. Dana Neemann, Director of Education and co-leader of the CCMH Care Support Group, discusses strategies to help deal with loss. This includes adequate sleep, a balanced diet, and exercise along with a dose of gratitude, kindness and hope.
