Dr. Armbruster, a St. Louis native, earned his medical degree from Creighton University and completed his residency and cardiology fellowship at St. Louis University School of Medicine. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology and is licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri.
He has published research in leading cardiology journals and has presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Armbruster is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and practices with Methodist Physicians Clinic in Council Bluffs.
Dr. Armbruster typically sees patients in the CCMH Specialty Clinic on the first and third Monday of each month.
