Dr. Thomas is a fellowship trained vitreo-retinal surgeon. He specializes in the medical, laser, and surgical treatment of retinal conditions including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and retinal detachment. He is also Board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Thomas holds clinics at Crawford County Memorial Hospital on the second Monday of each month.
Originally from California, Dr. Thomas is a graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed his residency in ophthalmology at Loma Linda University in Southern California. He earned his fellowship certification in vitreo-retinal disease at the University of Texas in Houston where he was voted Most Outstanding Fellow.
