Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)

A Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a group of patients, family members, and hospital staff who work together to improve the patient experience. At Crawford County Memorial Hospital, the PFAC provides valuable insight and feedback to help ensure that care is truly centered around the needs and perspectives of those we serve. By sharing their experiences, council members help us enhance services, communication, and overall quality of care.
