Crawford County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) is honored to recognize three exceptional team members whose compassion, dedication, and commitment to serving patients and the community have earned them BEE and DAISY Awards.
The DAISY Award is an international recognition program that honors and celebrates the extraordinary clinical skills and compassionate care nurses provide every day. The BEE Award complements the DAISY Award by recognizing non-nursing team members who go Above and BEEyond in supporting patients, families, and fellow staff members.
CCMH proudly recognizes Sean Ernst as the recipient of the 2026 BEE Award.
Sean was nominated after helping a community member who was experiencing difficulty registering for CCMH’s Ladies Night Out event. After several unsuccessful attempts to register, the individual was transferred to Sean, who personally ensured the registration was completed and followed up with a phone call to confirm everything had been taken care of.
In the nomination, the individual shared, “She told me he was a full-service guy.”

Other nominees for the BEE Award included Tarin Jensen, Stephanie Barboza, Nicole Dehner, Krystin Adams, Kassondra Loftus, Dorothy Stehr, and Candace Ueding.
