The Hospital Foundation of Crawford County, established in 1993, serves as the bridge between our generous donors and the hospital’s vital needs. Whether it’s purchasing a new piece of equipment or supporting CCMH staff with scholarships, every gift makes a difference.

If you’ve been looking for a way to give back, here are the many ways you can support the Hospital Foundation of Crawford County. There are many different ways to donate.

  • Donate Online: For your convenience, you can donate securely through the CCMH website.
  • Donate By Mail: You can download a donation form online, print it, and mail it with your check to: Hospital Foundation of Crawford County, 100 Medical Parkway Denison, IA 51442

Healing Garden Gifts

Make a gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of someone special on a stone in the Healing Garden. These tribute gifts are a meaningful way to ensure a loved one’s legacy continues to benefit others in the community.

Pavers come in different sizes:

  • 6″ x 6” Paver – Engraved with 4 lines, up to 11 characters on each line – Donation of $250
  • 6″ x 9” Paver – Engraved with 4 lines, up to 15 characters on each line – Donation of $500
  • 9″ x 12” Paver – Engraved with 5 lines, up to 17 characters on each line – Donation of $1,000
  • 18” x 18” Stone – Engraved with up to 5 lines, up to 17 characters on each line – Donation of $5,000

Thousand Club

The Thousand Club started in 1948 to raise money for the hospital. The members of the Thousand Club donated $1,000 or raised $1,000.

The Thousand Club is back in 2026! Become a member of the Thousand Club by donating $1,000 to help the Foundation assist CCMH with equipment needs, employee scholarships and more.

The Annual Charity Golf Outing

The HFCC Charity Golf Outing is held annually at the Majestic Hills Golf Course in Denison, this event brings the community together for a day of fun, networking, and philanthropy.

  • Join the Scramble: Gather a 4-person team for a day on the greens that includes lunch, a social hour, and prizes.
  • Be a Sponsor: From Corporate and Social Hour sponsorships to sponsoring a specific hole or pin flag, there are numerous ways for local businesses to get involved.
  • Donate Prizes: We are always looking for raffle items and door prizes to make the event even more memorable.
  • Sign Up: You can register your team or select a sponsorship level online by clicking here.

Employee Scholarship Fund

We believe that investing in our people is the best way to invest in your health. This fund provides scholarships to CCMH staff pursuing advanced degrees and certifications, ensuring our community is always cared for by a highly skilled, expert medical team.

Transportation Project

Donate to help purchase vans/buses to ensure members of our community can get to their appointments safely when they may not have a ride.

Planned Giving & Non-Cash Assets

For those looking to make a lasting impact, the Foundation accepts several types of non-cash contributions. These often provide significant tax benefits for the donor:
