The conference offered sessions to learn more about healthcare compliance, navigating difficult conversations, and finding innovative ways to improve health outcomes in rural communities.

“Attending the NARHC Fall Conference was an amazing experience that strengthened my knowledge of compliance, navigating difficult conversations, and finding innovative ways to improve health outcomes in our rural communities,” Vetter said.

Attending the conference helped Vetter maintain her Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (CRHCP) accreditation through NARHC, supporting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in rural healthcare.

Vetter expressed appreciation for CCMH’s investing in its staff and creating opportunities for continued learning. “More than anything, this experience reminded me how fortunate I am to be part of an organization that supports professional growth and encourages us to be advocates for our patients and community,” Vetter said. “I am proud to represent CCMH and even more proud to bring what I’ve learned back to our clinic, where we can continue making a difference in the lives of those we serve.”

At CCMH, investing in team members’ knowledge and skills helps strengthen the care and services available to the communities we serve in Crawford County. CCMH remains committed to supporting its staff and improving healthcare close to home.
