Freedom From Smoking – Patrick Stevens, Director Of Cardiopulmonary Services

CCMH is sponsoring a Freedom From Smoking class beginning on January 16, 2024. Patrick Stevens, Director of Cardiopulmonary Services at CCMH describes the program and how it works. The program has eight sessions over seven weeks to help anyone who is interested in quitting tobacco or vaping products. Cost of the program is $25. Call 712-265-2500 to sign up.
